This toy is a delightful depiction of Noah's Ark of the Old Testament, with Noah and his wife along with eight pairs on animals.
 
The animals are carved from pine and left unpainted except for minimal markings. The animal pairs are elephants, hippos, lions, giraffes, cows, camels, sheep, and horses. Noah and his wife are handpainted figurines watching over the animals.
 
The deck cabin provides storage for the smaller animals, and is removed and stored in the hull of the Ark with the people and larger animals. The Ark is on wheels so that it may be easily moved around by your child.
